Ampelos evokes unbridled, lively, vibrant, almost intoxicating gourmandise. Its name, inspired by Dionysus' companion, suggests an overflowing celebration, a constantly evolving pleasure.
The dazzling opening of raspberry, orange and coconut is luminous and addictive, before revealing a heart of chocolate and caramel, warmed by Indian jasmine. In the base, white woods and vanilla absolute prolong a soft and enveloping warmth.
A controlled excess, from fruit to skin, between gourmandise and fascination.
