In formulating Metal Flower, perfumer Guillaume Flavigny considered the idea that flowers are not only romantic or sweet – "in its natural environment, a rose defends itself with its thorns." Inspired by the refinement of a piece of jewelry, this bouquet of Bulgarian Rose and May Rose is resolutely modern thanks to its metallic notes, warmed by Ylang Ylang and Patchouli.
